At Traumatherapyuk, I offer schema-informed therapy, currently pursuing certification through the ISST programme under the guidance of an accredited Schema therapy supervisor. With over three years of experience integrating this approach, I have effectively supported clients facing PTSD, complex trauma, and personality difficulties. My focus is on healing through understanding, providing evidence-based therapy tailored to alleviate trauma and anxiety.
